Though I am very excited about this development, is LANCO so big into
Development to pull off such a huge venture on their own? I am
currently in the US, can any update me about the buzz in Hyd regarding
this?

Why did Gov gave Lanco Such a Huge Project…!
With out considering the City Roads and population.
I think Gov should raise a project for Roads, highways, subway. high
speed trains.
then they can consider these sort of things.!

I am a frequent visitor to Hyderabad. I was born and lived in Andhra
Pradesh for 24 years. I am totally disgusted with the traffic problems
the city has. The infrastructure is rather rudimentary. seldom traffic
rules are observed or enforced. I wonder if the people who approve
such mega projects ever think of the multitude of problems these
projects bring in. I think that this type of development reminds me of
the US invasion of IRAQ and the subsequent head aches the Bush
administration and the magnanimous people of US are facing now. Proper
planning and execution of development is mandatory . I doubt that such
a thing is happening with these projects. I am sorry that I have to be
so cynical about things in Andhra Pradesh.

I totally agree… whold you really be happy to walk into a plush 100
storey building if it take an hour and half of dirty jammed ride?? I
like the approach here in the US, they first ensure there is road and
Rapid transport connectivity before building such huge fancy
structures…..

How about crime rate. I am sure it will increase. Already the crime
rate in cyberabad is more than hyderabad. Now with this new township
there will lot of threat from terrorists, naxals and local gangsters.
Did Lanco or government thought about this?

hyderabad,and i think this is what hyderabad really deserves and
more.well,This is for one ajnabi who wrote about naxal,local
gangster,terrorists,and thefts…well ajnabi ppl like ur mindset can
only think like this,u r used to live in little places and with
fear,so u dont bother about even thinking of such projects,wat is to
happen will happen,but such projects like lanco hills,and onother
project anil ambanis will really bring hyderabad in real shape and its

now i hear that this project in stuck in land controversy. all land
developers in hyd face this problem from these sources:
wakf board
nizam land
commies
poor and jobless
and variious other corrupt unmentionables
HYD WILL NEVER GET GOOD PROJECTS OFF THE GROUND. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.
THE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE THEM BECAUSE THEY ELECT IN COMPETENT
GOVERNMENT.

i am very happy after hearing the mega projects from lanco,
development credits goes to the past and present ruling govt for there
positive approach towards happening city, there are many comments
about this happening, brothers visit hyderabad after inaugration of
airport, you will feel proud to see hyderabad and new development of
greater hyderabad is absolutely great i have been to hyderabad
recently iwas shocked .

Nice to hear that hyderabad is going to be tower city, but before that
they have to workout on reglular needs like water problem and
electricity and jobless people and they have to cleanup crimes and
corruption from the root.

Hai, this is sanjeeva reddy,
I was amazed that i saw the Lancohills proposrd elevations . I lived
three years in Dubai as a Civil Engr. Lanco hils elevation is great
that dubai is not even compared to this really. its a great
oppertunity for indians.
