6. Unlimited MySQL database
6. Ad credit from Yahoo, Google, MSN etc

While looking for the features you shouldn't compromise with #1, #2, #3, #5 & #6

Many hosting provided limits total number of MySQL connection, No of subdomains et. Be aware of that. Even if you get unlimited space and bandwidth, you can't host multiple application if you don't have unlimited MySQl and subdomains.
